ROPA Fahrzeug- und Maschinenbau GmbH, located in the Bavarian Sittelsdorf, is one of the hidden champions of German SME’s. The name ROPA, as technology leader in the sugar beet harvest, stands for safe to use, robust and durable premium machinery equipment. To cope with the constantly increasing demand, ROPA invested in new facilities for production, research and development. In 2014 a new, 20.000 m² assembly center was established.

ROPA machines are produced in technically advanced precision. The same precision requirements were imposed to the architecture of the new ROPA facilities. To ensure constant and efficient production processes, the type of industrial floor plays a crucial role. Therefore, also for the assembly hall, the decision fell on a mineral, highly
wear-resistant KORODUR hard aggregate industrial floor acc. to DIN 1100 and DIN 18560-7 in a thickness of 10 mm.
For the installation of the NEODUR HE 65 hard aggregate screed, the proven and economical KORODUR silo
pump-system and mixing equipment was used, allowing a daily performance of 2.000 m².

A heavy-duty and extremely wear-resistant KORODUR industrial floor in the long term always is the best and most economical solution!
