KORODUR nanoFinish

KORODUR nanoFinish is applied during smoothing. Due to the film formation the smoothing process is improved, the drying out is slowed down and the addition of water becomes unnecessary. Nano-silica technology slows down water evaporation, retains moisture during surface treatment, and allows for complete hydration with maximum strength development. The probability of efflorescence, cracking due to early shrinkage (plastic shrinkage) and other surface irritations is reduced.

KORODUR nanoFinish is a high quality, liquid, ready-to-use nano-silica for the finishing of KORODUR industrial floors. KORODUR nanoFinish slows down the moisture loss and extends the working time. This facilitates and improves surface finishing during smoothing, even under hot, dry, sunny and windy conditions. Nano-silica technology slows down water evaporation, retains moisture during surface treatment and allows for complete hydration with maximum strength development. The probability of efflorescence, cracking due to early shrinkage (plastic shrinkage) and other surface irritations is reduced.

    KORODUR WH-Special is a mineral hard aggregate acc. to DIN 1100 (coating group A) for the production of cementitious hard aggregate screeds acc. to DIN 18560-7 and DIN EN 13813 as well as for the production of industrial floors in dry-shake procedure acc. to DIN 18560-3. KORODUR WH-Special ist particularly impact resistant. Although classified in group A, wear resistance values of 3 cm³/50 cm² as per group M are achieved.

    KORODUR WH-Special is mixed with cement and optionally with the additive KOROTAN.

    KORODUR 0/4 is a mineral hard aggregate acc. to DIN 1100 (coating group A) for the production of cementitious hard aggregate screeds acc. to DIN 18560-7 and DIN EN 13813 as well as for the production of industrial floors in dry-shake procedure acc. to DIN 18560-3.
