KOROCRETE is a fast-setting concrete based on KORODUR FSCem, a cementitious, dimensionally stable, fast-setting screed binder on ternary basis for the production of heavy-duty concrete floors, which are quickly usable and early ready for covering (strength classes C35/45 to C50/60 based on DIN EN 206). Due to the high early strength, the flooring areas can be used and released to traffic within a few hours after their placement. For example, this can minimize the sometimes very high costs related to down times of production and storage facilities.

KCF 05 and KCF 08 are installed in one or two layers acc. to
- DIN 18560-2 screeds and heated screeds on insulation layer
- DIN 18560-3 bonded screeds with KORODUR HB 5 bonding compound (see data sheet)
- DIN 18560-4 screeds on separation layer
KCF 05 is also available as fast-setting variant as KCF 05 rapid (with dimensionally stable binder on ternary basis).
