Project Description

The requirements for concrete repair works are very complex.
Mechanical stress, weather and pollutants leave their marks on concrete. With view to durability and use of concrete structures, the demands are highly set. Besides, economic aspects have to be considered. Accordingly, products that contribute to a reduction of processing steps and a shortening of long waiting times are particularly in demand.

At the Fachhochschule in Nürnberg (University of applied sciences), the Rapid Set multipurpose repair mortar CEMENT ALL could provide impressive evidence of these properties. The concrete edging of a latticed light shaft at the entrance of the university canteen had to be repaired several times already, being exposed to heavy truck loads. Only the application of the multipurpose fast repair mortar CEMENT ALL could solve the problem permanently.

The repair works on the last day before the university summer break began at 2.00 p.m.
Just three hours later, around 5.00 p.m., the suppliers’ vehicles to the university canteen could navigate again on the freshly repaired light shaft edging.

The „just better“ CEMENT ALL is fast-setting, non-shrink, durable and high-strength. A special primer or bonding agent is not required. Only pre-wetting with water. After-treatment likewise only with water.
