For the repair of the car park building of the Barmenia Insurance in Wuppertal, the Rapid Set mortars Cement All and Mortar Mix were used. The damaged areas in the in-situ concrete as well as in the prefab elements, partially with open reinforcements, were refurbished by the installer Zarges.

To the most part, the repair works with the Rapid Set products had to be carried out in vertical application. Many of the damaged elements were even more loosened, cleaned, thoroughly pre-wetted and, depending on the application thickness, newly cast either with Cement All or Mortar Mix.
Finally, a few days after the repair of the damaged areas, the car park building was newly painted.

Builder owner and contractor were most satisfied with the quick and effective result.
