KOROTEX

KOROTEX is a liquid, solvent-free, acrylic resin dispersion that after drying produces a transparent and slightly shiny film that protects the industrial floor, concrete or cement screed, effectively from premature drying out and prevents possible damage (crack formation, surface damage) due to insufficient after-treatment.

Acc. to DIN 18353 “Screed works” and to DIN 18560 “Floor screeds in building construction” screeds have to be protected from irregular and too rapid drying out. It is not only the correct composition of the hard aggregate mortar and skilled processing, but also the correct curing which are substantial for the quality of a KORODUR industrial floor. KOROTEX has proved its qualification already for years.

Curing with KOROTEX is specially relevant under conditions of high temperatures, low atmospheric humidity and in areas where there is a strong air draught. These circumstances influence the evaporation rate of freshly installed screeds and require professional curing, e. g. with KOROTEX. The spraying of KOROTEX is the most economical method for freshly installed screeds.

    NEODUR HE 65 metallic is a ready to use cementitious hard aggregate screed with metallic aggregates on the basis of KORODUR hard aggregates acc. to DIN 110 (group M) on the basis of KORODUR WH-metallic.

    Processing in one layer as bonded screed for heaviest stress demands acc. to DIN 18560-7.

  • KORODUR COPETTI FLOOR KCF

    KCF 05 and KCF 08 are installed in one or two layers acc. to

    • DIN 18560-2 screeds and heated screeds on insulation layer
    • DIN 18560-3 bonded screeds with KORODUR HB 5 bonding compound (see data sheet)
    • DIN 18560-4 screeds on separation layer

    KCF 05 is also available as fast-setting variant as KCF 05 rapid (with dimensionally stable binder on ternary basis).
