NEODUR Grouting mortar VM basic

For full bond grouting works, e.g. for anchor and assembly holes, grouting underneath of machines, turbines, craneway rails, steel and concrete supports, railing posts, pipe culverts and channels for heavy-loads for traffic areas. Due to its final strengths NEODUR VM basic is suitable for highest dynamic and static stress.

NEODUR VM basic is a ready to use, non-shrink, fast-setting and early high-strength grouting concrete acc. to DAfStb guideline VeBMR.
For all kinds of grouting and assembly works, based on high-grade KORODUR aggregates.

    • NEODUR HE 65 SVS 1,5:     on the basis of KORODUR Diamond Concrete

    Processing in one layer as bonded screed for heaviest stress demands acc. to DIN 18560-7.

    KORODUR 0/4

    KORODUR 0/4 is a mineral hard aggregate acc. to DIN 1100 (coating group A) for the production of cementitious hard aggregate screeds acc. to DIN 18560-7 and DIN EN 13813 as well as for the production of industrial floors in dry-shake procedure acc. to DIN 18560-3.

    KORODUR 0/4 is mixed with cement and optionally with the additive KOROTAN.
