The modern, technically-oriented rooms feature lots of lovely details, such as indirect illumination, a modern entertainment system and a freely floating bed.

The modern feel-good design is supported by a KORODUR fair-faced concrete with industrial floor character. Thus, NEODUR HE 3 was installed in a dry-shake method on a fresh concrete sub-base. Then the areas were cleaned by grinding and treated with a special impregnation finish.
