Pour la r\u00e9novation compl\u00e8te de cette tour de 80 m\u00e8tres de haut, le d\u00e9lai pour les travaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 limit\u00e9 \u00e0 trois semaines seulement. La surface du sol d&rsquo;environ 200 m\u00b2 a d\u00fb \u00eatre enlv\u00e9e et repos\u00e9e en une semaine seulement, y compris un rev\u00eatement final en PU r\u00e9sistant et compatible avec les produits alimentaires. La r\u00e9novation \u00e9tait donc une t\u00e2che tr\u00e8s exigeante, non seulement en termes de technique et de temps, mais aussi de mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la chape interm\u00e9diaire, le b\u00e9ton rapide \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance CONCRETE MIX a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9, ce qui a permis l\u2019application de la couche de PU sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e en seulement 16 heures. Pendant la dur\u00e9e de la mise en \u0153uvre, la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la tour \u00e9tait sup\u00e9riure \u00e0 30\u00b0C, ce qui a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 l&rsquo;ajout du retardateur SET Control au b\u00e9ton rapide CONCRETE MIX. Le temps de mise en \u0153uvre a ainsi pu \u00eatre prolong\u00e9 d&rsquo;environ une demi-heure.<\/p>\n<p>Compte tenu de la taille du projet et du calendrier serr\u00e9 \u2013il n\u2019 y a eu qu\u2019 un seul jour pour la mise en \u0153uvre de la chape interm\u00e9diaire &#8211;
