DOT Europe CONCRETE MIX est un b\u00e9ton de r\u00e9paration \u00e0 haute performance, modifi\u00e9 par des polym\u00e8res, \u00e0 prise rapide et renforc\u00e9 par des fibres, bas\u00e9 sur une technologie de ciment sp\u00e9ciale.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un an d&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 un trafic lourd et intense, la zone n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas endommag\u00e9e, sans fissures, ni ruptures, ni cavit\u00e9s. Compte tenu de ce r\u00e9sultat positif, on a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une r\u00e9paration partielle de la Donaukanal Strasse.<br \/>\nPratiquement du jour au lendemain, dans un d\u00e9lai tr\u00e8s court, 15 patches sur une distance d&rsquo;environ 500 \u00e0 700 m ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplies avec une \u00e9paisseur de 5 \u00e0 10 cm. Quelques heures plus tard, la route \u00e9tait rouverte \u00e0 la circulation. La nuit suivante, d&rsquo;autres patches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplies avec ce produit.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de travail a frais\u00e9, cisel\u00e9 et nettoy\u00e9 les parcelles, m\u00e9lang\u00e9 et install\u00e9 le mat\u00e9riau. Pour le lissage, un fin brouillard d&rsquo;eau a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9 sur la surface. Le traitement ult\u00e9rieur s&rsquo;est fait uniquement \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau. Ce b\u00e9ton de r\u00e9paration polyvalent a convaincu toutes les parties impliqu\u00e9es.
