In order to continue works as quickly as possible, the shell was repaired with Rapid Set CEMENT ALL repair mortar in an application thickness of 0 to 30 mm. The strength factor of the concrete pipe of C70\/85 allowed working in thin layers without any problems. Already the following day, in the repaired area, a drill core was taken. Due to the very good bond strength, there was no spalling or breaking out in the edge area.<\/p>\n<p>The exposure classes define and specify the requirements for earth-contacting components. Construction measures in a permanently moist environment require a high degree of carbonation protection to prevent corrosion of reinforcements.<\/p>\n<p>The Rapid Set products excellently qualify for such measures due to their fast application and load-bearing capacity.
