The TAPIOLA Insurance Trust is one of the largest financial and insurance companies in Finland. TAPIOLA insurants know that they are on a very secured enviroment and enjoy a very special protection of their life-styles.
Very special is also the KORODUR design floor "GRANIDUR BIANCO" which was installed in the newly established TAPIOLA administration building in Espoo, near Helsinki, at the end of 2009.
On an area of 1.500 sq. m., in the aisles of the 6-storey building, the GRANIDUR BIANCO fits perfectly into the post-modern architecture style of the building - a combination of steel and concrete elements.
GRANIDUR BIANCO is a cementitious, polished, white KORODUR design floor in granite optics. GRANIDUR BIANCO, for the production of decorative screeds, is made of pure minerals, thus meeting the demands of ecologically sustainable environment.
Following the instructions of KORODUR the attractive GRANIDUR design floor was installed in an average thickness of 15 mm on KORODUR Bonding Compound HB 5. As GRANIDUR BIANCO is a white coloured floor, the KORODUR Bonding Compound was also pigmented in white. Multiple polishing steps create the unique granite optics of the GRANIDUR design floor. | |
